Two 90-Minute Workshops

Time Management for the Office Professional

Working as a support staff member requires multiple skills, both in organization and in responding to unpredictable events and changing priorities. How can you be both reliable and flexible when you don't control many of the demands of the work? This workshop explores the skills and practices of people who manage the work successfully.

Working for Multiple Bosses

A major challenge for office professionals often is the need to support a number of people in the organization, with the resulting multiple conflicting demands. The staff person rarely has the authority to decide among priorities, so the answer is to set up and employ ways to manage the situation effectively. This workshop provides practices to do that.
