Personal Productivity through Time Management
People make lists and people make promises, but getting quality things done without burning out remains a serious workplace problem. This workshop examines ideas such as Smart Lists, Goal Setting, Estimating and Managing the Day -- tools for Time Management that take little time to set up and maintain, while removing much of the guesswork from your workday.

This workshop is useful standing alone, but also is linked to the Session II and Session III workshops on Mastering Multiple Projects, Priorities & Demands.

Mastering Multiple Projects, Priorities & Demands Part I:
Managing Your Situation

People who are excellent at their work become go-to people. Besides their direct responsibilities, they are looked to for help, for problem-solving, for extra effort. Over time, the task load can become impossible. This workshop presents the tools for orderly management of such a work situation, including Problem-Solving, Activity Tracking, Workstyle and Workplace Assessments, Schedule Management and Multiple Projects Master Planning.

This workshop is useful standing alone, but also is linked to the Session I workshop on Time Management and the Session III workshop on Mastering Multiple Projects, Priorities & Demands, which concerns workplace relationships.

Mastering Multiple Projects, Priorities & Demands Part II:
Managing Workplace Collaboration

Few people in modern organizations work totally alone. Just about everyone – however personally productive – depends upon the work of others, and is depended upon by others in a variety of ways. In the workplace, every contact with another person either contributes to your own productivity or gets in the way. This workshop looks into building teamwork and constructive relationships, communicating, negotiating and managing conflict.
